I am a photographer based in Dortmund focussing on portrait photography, documentary photography and interior photography.

By combining a clear visual style with an interest in new perspectives, I show connections between portrait and architectural photography. The focus of my work is documentary photography. As for subject matter, I deal with social contexts and forward-looking technologies and design. Intensive research in the context of the respective topic and complementing my visual approaches with text, archive material or moving images is a central part of my work. With my photography, I try to capture the impressions of people in a room, but also the effect of design and spatiality in interaction.

Whether in documentary or editorial projects, I always follow a coherent approach.
